No site is perfect, and one area that could be improved at BookMaker is customer service. Not that it's bad, in fact their phone reps are terrific, but the procedures for reaching customer service could be streamlined. Numerous phone numbers go to different departments, which is a potential cause of confusion for newer or more casual players. On the upside, the live chat is top notch.
Bonuses Paid:
Many professional gamblers consider BookMaker's sheer quality to be the best bonus of all, but we want more than that and BookMaker is acceding to those demands. They start you off with 20 percent on your initial deposit, and then they bonus you 10 percent when you reload. Meanwhile, their BetPoints program is solid, offering legit rewards such as frequent flier miles, gift cards, and (our personal favorite) cash back.
Ease of account deposits/withdrawls
BookMaker provides sports betters with a ludicrous number of ways to deposit money, everything from credit cards, to bank wiring, Fedex, etc. Pretty much everything except a Benjamin attached to the foot of a carrier pigeon.
