Sportsbooks and Sports Betting Websites
Sports Interaction - Sportsbook ReviewOnline since 1997 and based out of Quebec, Canada, Sports Interaction offers an enjoyable and simple sports betting experience but with a couple notable detriments. The design of their site, for example, is excellent, but their bonus structure is best described as terminally anemic bordering on utterly pathetic. Their customer service phone and live chat operators are friendly and helpful, but to get to them can be a bit of a hassle. Their deposit and withdrawal system is the essence of simplicity, but limited in terms of money movement options. Overall, Sports Interaction is a mixed bag--some great stuff in there, but some not so tasty stuff as well. |

Ease of Use:
SportsInteraction.com brings the action to you hard and fast with a home page that is information-dense without sacrificing simplicity. Whoever designed this site deserves some type of award, because it's real nice. Page load times are miniscule and betting options are vast. The layout of each sport is intuitive and instant, making every click count. The most popular bets of the day and lines that are about to expire are posted right there for all to see, including you. Simple is good and so are stats, and this site design has both of those in spades.
Reputation/Security:
Established in 1997, Sports Interaction stakes its claim as the first online sports book licensed and regulated in North America. All data to and from the site is protected by Verisign-backed SSL technology and a series of serious firewalls. Another plus, the "About Us" page at Sports Interaction shows that the site operates under the authority of the Kanhawake Gaming Commission, the same governing authority that regulates the top-tier sportsbooks and casinos.

Customer Service:
The customer service at Sports Interaction is decent but could be improved. They provide a toll-free 800 number but the recorded voice option menu can be clunky, for example. And they do offer our favorite mode of customer support, live chat, but that, too, can be hard to find. However, their operators, once you reach one, are friendly and helpful.
Bonuses Paid:
In general, Sports Interaction seems to skimp on the bonuses, and that's unfortunate for them, because certain of their competitors are much more generous in this area. Keep reading, though; they are having a bonus promotion right now that is among the best around. Normally, however, they only offer a 10 percent sign up bonus on initial deposits, which doesn't exactly make us jump out of our chair. No loyalty program to speak of, neither. Sports Interaction management offers a quality sports betting product, yes, and we think even higher of them as a result of their response to the bonus issue. For a limited time, Sports Interaction is offering a 100% deposit bonus: deposit $116, get $116 free. It's one of the best deals we've seen, and that takes them up to 4 stars in the bonus category.
Ease of account deposits/withdrawls
In terms of deposits and withdrawals, Sports Interaction is all about simplicity, and that can be good thing but it can also be limiting. You can only deposit via major credit card, for example, and you can only withdraw by check or bank wire. Their withdrawals flow fast due to this simplified system, but you won't like this site if you're a PayPal or Neteller aficionado (these withdrawl methods have not been available to US users for several years). |
