Ease of Use:
Minimal effort involved in setting up an account (none if you already have one at sister site VIPsports.com) and the graphic interfaces load and play like a dream, so long as you're not living in the stone age and have Java enabled. Try out your favorite card game with their complimentary $1000 "Fun Balance" to get your bearings.
Reputation/Security:
Beautiful, just like sister site VIPsports.com (review). Publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange. Monitored 24/7 by Verisign, the Internet's leading digitial security company. SSL encryption. Etc. The bottom line? Hackers don't stand a chance.

Customer Service:
Very good. Email them and they usually get back to you within a couple hours max. Live chat is live. And then, of course, the phones. However, we need to be able to reach customer service 24 hours per day every day of the year, not "most days of the year."
Bonuses Paid:
The giant words "$1000 In Deposit Bonuses" blazed across the home page are what's called a "hard sell," and we're buying it. Why not buy it, when they match you for a full 100% of your first deposit, up to $500? Do the math and see what you come up with. Don't forget to read the fine print, though (like you wouldn't): you must CLAIM these bonuses by emailing support staff within 48 hours, they don't just show up automatically.
Ease of account deposits/withdrawls
It's easy to withdraw and easy to deposit, by all the usual methods. The only thing we don't like is having to transfer back and forth between our general betting account at VIP and the VIP casino proper. It's not like it's hard to do, but shouldn't that be done for us? |
