We’ve finally reached the end of another long week, and with it comes the exciting prospects of another great night of online sports betting options across the NBA and NCAA Basketball, UFC action, NHL Hockey and more. Luckily for you and me, our website has compiled the best sportsbooks the internet has to offer, and wagering at the top reviewed sportsbooks is always a safe, secure, and exciting way to jump into the top action across any sports league, any day you feel like doing so. Each of the websites found there is guaranteed to give you a great sportsbook experience for your wagering dollar, with plenty of excitement on a daily basis, and all the games you would expect to find on a betting ticket on any given day. For today’s foray into the world of sports and online sportsbook betting, we’re headed to the Bookmaker Sportsbook one of the first sportsbooks I took on as a new writer 4 years ago, and a consistent source of betting inputs each and every week. As with every Friday evening, NBA basketball features a strong offering of games throughout the night, with usually a couple great bets to be found amongst the contests in action. For the top clashes taking place tonight, first turn to a match-up between the Denver Nuggets and the Houston Rockets, as the home side Rockets seek out their 5th straight win in a row with good odds of doing so against one of the NBA’s worst road defenses, and a Denver team that has dropped 6 of their last 8 games on the road. Next up, look out for the Miami Heat as they try for a 10th straight victory, in a tough road match-up against the Utah Jazz. Even without Chris Bosh in the line-up for another night, Miami faces a Utah team with even deeper injury concerns, and should be in line to pick up another win, with me siding with the -5 points for the Heat as the best bet on the game. Round out the NBA schedule with other interesting match-ups including the Phoenix Suns hosting the Los Angeles Clippers, the Atlanta Hawks bringing on the Milwaukee Bucks, and the Cleveland Cavaliers against the Chicago Bulls.
Up next for sports betting today, we’re digging in to the selection of mid-major NCAA tournament games lined up for Friday at Bookmaker Sportsbook, with a few games worth checking into. First up, #12 Murray State is in action in the Ohio Valley Conference tournament, taking on Tennessee Tech, the team that bumped the Racers out of last year’s conference showdown. The Racers will need a better effort from their leading scorer Isaiah Canaan, who while averaging almost 20 points per game on the season, hasn’t been nearly as good in tournament play, averaging under 10 points/game in his last four contests. That said, with Murray State anxious to repay Tennessee Tech for last year’s ouster from the tournament, look for the Racers to handle the Golden Eagles, but for a closer game than the -8 points going to Murray State suggests. In another team worth watching ahead of the NCAA tournament, check out #15 Wichita State in quarterfinal play against Indiana State, as interestingly enough this is another match-up between a team favored to win the conference title, and the team that knocked them off of that goal last season. The Shockers however are about as hot a team as any in the mid-major ranks, winning 8 straight games while averaging nearly 16 more points per game than they are giving up, making them a great Cinderella story to follow heading into March Madness. If there is a year for Wichita State to make a quality run, this is it, as their top 5 scorers are all seniors, something that is very enticing to get behind in big tournament games as leadership and level-headedness frequently pay off into March. For additional games worth watching and wagering on tonight, check out a top match-up in Big East play as #20 Notre Dame hosts Providence, which should result in another win for the Irish on their home court, and #25 Creighton should be able to find its way past Drake in another Mountain Valley Conference quarterfinal game.
Moving into our last set of wagers on the day of sportsbook betting at Bookmaker sportsbook, we’ll push towards NHL Hockey, which holds a full plate of options for betting on sports. Top match-ups today include what should be a scrappy contest between the Washington Capitals and the visiting New Jersey Devils, an equally tough challenge between the Ottawa Senators and the Chicago Blackhawks, and a fun west coast battle as the Anaheim Ducks bring on the Calgary Flames. As the NHL season winds down to under 20 games remaining, this is one of the most exciting times to get involved in hockey, as the on-ice pace quickens, the games become critical each and every night, and the playoff seeding is never finalized until the very last day of the season. Aside from the usual suspects of basketball and hockey for sports betting, make sure to catch some great MMA action tonight as UFC on FX 2 takes place down in Sydney Australia, with a quartet of fights available for taking wagers out on. It’s a full card for online sports betting today, so jump into the action at Bookmaker Sportsbook or any one of the top reviewed sports betting sites found here, and hopefully earn yourself some extra cash for what should be a very full weekend of sports action to come!
