College Football Saturday, MLB Playoffs Top List for …

It’s another exciting weekend of sports and online sportsbook betting, especially with a huge weekend of NCAA College Football, the continuing start of the 2011 Major League Baseball Playoffs, Week 4 of NFL Football, and much, much more! Typically for any given Saturday, I certainly like to spread the sportsbook bets around to a couple of different sports leagues, to add a little diversity here and there, and for today’s wagers, I’m taking a journey back to one of my personal favorite sportsbooks, at the WagerWeb Sportsbook. WagerWeb.com provides one of the most consistent experiences for betting on sports, with a clean and navigable website, great customer service, and always prompt and easy methods for making deposits and collecting your hard-won payouts. I’ll have to spread the wagers across the board a little further this weekend, as the action heats up across the Football leagues, and with Major League Baseball starting the National League Divisional Series alongside the American League, it’s worth checking out the quartet of games for online sportsbook betting on the MLB.

To start of the wagering for today, we’ll have to focus on NCAA College Football, which undoubtedly will be the focus of sports fans this Saturday. Looking at a number of key match-ups, keep your sights set on the Top 25 contests available today, especially those between #3 Alabama at #12 Florida,  my favorite match-up of the day pitting #7 Wisconsin against #8 Nebraska, #11 Virginia Tech hosting upstart #13 Clemson seeking their third straight Top 25 victory,  and #14 Texas A&M getting another tough Top 25 challenge at #18 Arkansas as both teams come in looking for redemption after tough losses to top teams. Also make sure to catch a couple of the less-hyped games across the nation which should make for solid sports betting options today as #10 South Carolina and Auburn clash, as the Tigers could regain footing in the Top 25 with a tough road win today,  #15 Baylor heads to enemy territory against Kansas State, and #21 Georgia Tech looks to continue its strong, undefeated start behind a powerful offense as they head into an ACC battle with North Carolina State. Find these top games and plenty of other great sportsbook betting opportunities on NCAA Football to keep the level of excitement up all day!

Moving on to a handful of contests in Major League Baseball today, we’ll get to continue the New York Yankees vs. Detroit Tigers opening game this evening, which was put-off due to a heavy downpour last night, but for sports betting on baseball today look to the second game of the ALDS series between the Texas Rangers and the Tampa Bay Rays, with the Rays earning a solid 9-0 victory to take Game 1 behind 7 innings of 2-hit ball by rookie Matt Moore. Things only get tougher for Texas in Game 2, as Rays’ staff ace James Shields hits the mound against Derek Holland, and with a Tampa win tonight, the Rangers could be looking at 3 and out in a hurry in this year’s postseason play. Heading over to games in the National League Divisional Series getting underway today, make sure to catch the start of the Arizona vs. Milwaukee series as 20-game winner Ian Kennedy takes on Yovani Gallardo, and in the second game of the day in the NL the Philadelphia Phillies clash with the St. Louis Cardinals for Game 1 as Roy Halladay faces Kyle Lohse. Any which way you wager on sports today, count on these games and plenty of others available to make for some online sportsbook action for Saturday! Until tomorrow, good luck on your top sportsbook betting and enjoy this great day of Major League Baseball, NCAA Football, NFL Football and all the rest at the top online sportsbooks reviewed here like the one at WagerWeb.com.
