Four NCAA Basketball Conference Tournaments in Las Vegas

Some conference tournaments in NCAA men’s basketball have started, while others will start this weekend and more will begin on Monday.

Over the next 10 days, there will be plenty of conference tournaments taking place and in Las Vegas, no less than four conference tournaments will tip off in the city that never sleeps. The West Coast Conference starts the festivities off this week at the Orleans Arena.

Next week the Western Athletic Conference will use the Orleans Arena, the Mountain West Conference will use the Thomas and Mack Arena, while the Pac-12 will play in the MGM Grand Arena.

Not only is there more than enough room for fans to watch the games and stay in hotels but the betting action will be even higher as it is home to the biggest casinos in the U.S.

Check the conference matchups on Bovada, betonline, topbet and sportsbook.com for the latest lines, point total, and props for each of the hundreds of conference games that will be taking place the next 10 days prior to the Big Dance – the NCAA Tournament.

Are people worried that 40 different collegiate basketball teams will be strolling through Las Vegas and its casinos that have legal books receiving bets for their games?

The NCAA does not have a jurisdiction as to where conference tournaments are held. The individual conference can choose their own sites and places like Vegas, Disney World in Florida and Disney Land in California can draw even more basketball fans to combine the tournament with a family vacation.

Minors are not allowed to bet or even remain in the area to watch roulette or any activity in the casino. They are not allowed into the sports boards area and cannot look over the point spreads or boards at the sports book.

Employees at casinos have been taught to watch out for underage drinking and games and those rules become even tighter if a coach or players attempts to place a bet.

Players and coaches know the rules and there has not been any hint of suspicious activity involving the four tournaments scheduled for Las Vegas in the next week.

Betting lines at sports books do not lead to corruption or temptation. Today online sites across the globe offer wagering on any and every sports in the world. These sites just make it easier and quicker for bettors who are not in areas such as Las Vegas to wager on their favorite team or teams.

Sites like topbet, Bovada, sportsbook.com and betonline are all reputable honest businesses that offer the best lines and many props in an array of different sports.

For Las Vegas, the next big hurdle is to bring the Final Four to the city, which will offer great activities other than casinos for all that come, along with a great tournament with the last four teams in March Madness.
