Ease of Use:
We didn't come here to play fantasy football. We came here to bet on real football. As of the first day of NFL Joyousness 2007, a fantasy football ad took up half the front page, with not a real football line in sight. Then when we found real lines, we needed to download the latest version of Flash Player 8 to even view them. Not acceptable.
The makers of this site need to take a class or two in website usability.
Reputation/Security:
Once upon a time, BetonUSA was among the most secure sites online. The reputation of Bet on USA was very good. Not anymore. Under new ownership, this sportsbook has sunk to some of the lowest levels we've seen.

Customer Service:
We've never seen worse. Customer Service telephone wait times are long and when you finally get to talk to someone, they treat you like garbage. Email customer service simply doesn't work.
Bonuses Paid:
You can get far better bonuses in other places. They do make some delicious-sounding offers, but if it sounds too good to be true - in the case of betonusa.com - it is. Bonus offers are commonly revoked after a player has deposited.
Ease of account deposits/withdrawls
The ability of taking your money out of your account is the most important thing to judge a sportsbook by. We've received 17 reports from customers who say that BetonUSA simply will not pay out. Others report that it takes several months to get payment. |
