It’s seems like just yesterday the first kick-off of the NFL season was getting underway…and lo and behold 17 weeks later it’s only a few ticks of a clock from being done once more! While I for one have enjoyed every NFL Football Sunday all year, I will say that the looming playoffs may come with some tough sportsbook betting calls, as no one team has really proven to be a sure bet. The Saints, Colts and Vikings seemed to be the cream of the NFL crop as of a few weeks ago, yet now find themselves not playing so well heading towards the playoffs. The one true standout in the NFL crowd has to be the San Diego Chargers, who ever so sneakily have run off 10 wins in a row, and look for a team record-tying 11 wins with a victory over the doomed Jim Zorn and the Washington Redskins. San Diego is still a favorite to win in my opinion, even with Billy Volek substituting for Phillip Rivers most of the game, which is likely in this one. With the sportsbooks open for action as always, I have a few remaining duckets left for betting on sports at the Betonline Sportsbook (<a href=”http://casinoreview.org/sports_betting/betonline.html”>read the review of Betonline Sportsbook</a>), so why not throw together a few parlay wagers to make things interesting today?
Elsewhere, I’m looking for some crucial NFL games to provide the exciting punch to betting on sports today, as a number of clubs must win (and in some cases need some, or a lot of help) in order to keep playing past today. The Baltimore Ravens control their own destiny today with a win on the road against Oakland, meanwhile Denver, the New York Jets and the Houston Texans all need a helping hand to make the post season. In a couple of great playoff previews, first the Philadelphia Eagles fly to Arlington, TX to face Tony Romo and Co. in a fight for the NFC East Title, and the Arizona Cardinals meet up with the hot offense of the Green Bay Packers, led by Aaron Rodgers at quarterback. I like Green Bay going into the playoffs, and especially today as they typically own all teams in the NFC West (which admittedly isn’t very hard to do this year). It’s going to be snowy in Buffalo today as Indianapolis will likely sit their stars, so to make a warm day of sportsbook betting, take a shot on Buffalo in the cold, at home, trying to save some face after another tough season.
With even more online sportsbook betting available on the NHL, NBA, and College Hoops, a break from College Football truly isn’t so bad, and honestly offers a nice change of pace from all the Bowl hooplah. Check out the best games and the best betting choices at Betonline Sportsbook today, and see why this newcomer has already shown itself to be a top sportsbook for any type of sports fan. Enjoy the first Sunday of the New Year, enjoy all the great action in store in our best online sportsbooks reviewed, and thanks for stopping by!
