End of weekend sports betting update

Well it’s Sunday again, and that means it’s almost time to head back to the daily grind starting Monday morning. However, there is still one more solid day of online sports betting to be had, and you can always count on the MLB to deliver plenty of solid options for sportsbook enthusiasts and baseball fans alike. For starters today, I have to mention that the Seattle Mariners are looking for their eighth straight win in a row, although there is new word that Manager Mike Hargrove is surprisingly up and a resigning from his post. This is a very strange development in the Northwest, especially when considering that this is the first time in his tenure that the Mariners are actually doing something productive with their season. Nonetheless, today’s game with Toronto should be a great game to check out and/or wager on, and I will be catching just a small portion of the game from the seat of an airplane flying over Safeco Field on a return home for some much need vacation time. Even though I won’t be on the ground for gametime, I’m taking the Mariners to win today at home with an online sports bet placed at Sportsbook.com.

Elsewhere in the Majors another Northwest native, Tim Linecum out of Bellevue Washington, gets the start today for the San Francisco Giants against the Arizona Diamondbacks. It is befitting to mention this start as this kid is definitely going to be one of the best in a new crop of rookie pitchers coming out this year. Though not a typical big guy on the mound (he’s in at a modest 5’11′, 170 lbs), his catapult-like release gives him a fastball in the mid to upper 90′s, and a devastating 12-6 curveball that is really fun to watch when he’s got it working right. If you are looking to see a great young talent, check out this game today. Even though the Giants are stinking up the place this year, their crop of pitching is really pretty good, and hopefully this will give them a much needed win today´┐Żjust so long as Linecum doesn’t give up more than a run.

One more great young pitcher to check out today is the Detroit Tiger’s Jeremy Bonderman, who is quietly having an All-Star year. On the hill tonight against the visiting Minnesota Twins, Bonderman, also hailing from the Northwest is 8-1 with a falling ERA now under four. These young players are just one of the reason why online sportsbook betting is great for Major League Baseball. With so much up and coming talent, there is always great games and new faces to check out every day of the week. Check out these pitchers, as well as all the other action offered at our best online sportsbooks here at CasinoReview.org. Enjoy the final moments of the weekend, and as always, we wish you the best of luck when wagering at our top sportsbooks.
