Sportsbook betting heads to for …

Another weekend has finally come around, and I’m happy to say that it’s Friday, and it’s all about surfing the best online sports betting sites reviewed here to find some great online sportsbook action! As a precursor for today’s foray into online sports betting endeavors, I’ve been betting on sports at for about 4 years now (read the review of, and I always know what to expect when making my way over to this fine website, which is without a doubt worthy of one of the top spots on our list of the best sportsbooks available on the web today. Knowing that this site is tried and tested gives me confidence that my wins actually translate in to the money promised, and that at anytime I have issues, the website will offer plenty of solid support. is where I’ve decided to have my Friday night action, where plenty of people just like myself are down to trade some coin around! So the first thing to be done after coming home from work is to drop into the online sports book, and place a few wagers for tonight Major League Baseball games before hopping into a few casinos and trying out my luck!

Of note today, key match-ups to watch for on the betting lines start with a wager chasing lots of runs in the American League, as the Toronto Blue Jays and Cleveland Indians face-off with Jo Jo Reyes and Mitch Talbot heading to the mound. Both pitchers have struggled mightily with their command, giving up more than 9 runs apiece in their last two outings, and with big Toronto bats and the Indians at home (where they seem to get all their offensive production), I’ll hope that the trends continue for the pitching and hitting in this match-up, and seek a win taking the over bet on total runs. The Boston Red Sox proved last night that they simply own the Baltimore Orioles at home this year, and seek to build on last nights’ 10-3 victory with another win as Josh Beckett faces Zach Britton, and the Boston bats continue to look unstoppable at present time, no matter the pitcher in opposition. Down in Texas today, the Rangers look to build towards a 5-game winning streak as they host the Oakland A’s, with a good pitching duel featuring C.J. Wilson and Gio Gonzalez making a low-scoring game possible despite the hitter-friendly confines of the Ballpark in Arlington. Lastly in the AL, I’ll bank on Rick Porcello for the Detroit Tigers to come away with a road win, as he faces the slumping Kansas City Royals and Kyle Davis, who at 1-8 with a 7.77 ERA is simply bait for the strong bats of the Tigers.

Checking out action in the National League heading into the weekend, I’ll continue to back the Milwaukee Brewers at home against Cincinnati, who’ve shown their bats can keep up with the Reds’, while their bullpen continues to be the advantage towards the end of the game. Look for a great series in Philadelphia as the Phillies host the red-hot Atlanta Braves, and tonight’s match-up between Roy Halladay and Brandon Beachy should make for a low-scoring, tight game all the way through. I’ll continue a rare betting streak on the Florida Marlins, who continue their series against Houston tonight, facing the winless Jordan Lyles (though look for a higher run total with Javier Vazquez on the hill for the Fish), and also take a wager on the San Francisco Giants to pull out a home win in their opening game of the weekend series against the New York Mets (couting on the hot hand of Ryan Vogelsong to clip R.A. Dickey tonight). With just a few more days until the All-Star break is upon us, make sure to head down to one of the top sportsbooks reviewed here on our site, and get into the action as teams look to finish out the first half of the season on an upward swing. Have a great weekend coming up, and thanks for checking out the best online sports betting sites here at We’ll catch up with you tomorrow for more sports betting updates and more MLB baseball action!
