NBA Conference Finals, NHL Playoffs, and MLB Baseball …

Well folks, it’s getting close to a nice, long three-day weekend and Thursday has some more great online sports betting opportunities, especially for Major League Baseball and the NBA and NHL Playoffs. offers reviews of the best online sportsbooks on the internet, and today is certainly a good day to check out our site, and read over the sportsbook reviews in order to find the sportsbook most suited to your style of wagering. For Thursday night’s NBA action, I have gone over to the sportsbook at Players Only (read the review of Players Only), with intention of wagering on Game two of the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Denver Nuggets series live in sunny LA. After a Game 1 victory for the Lakers, the Nuggets must rebound in Game 2, and my money says they do, with a slim victory in hostile territory tonight. Carmelo played an excellent game in the first game of the series, and will ante up even more tonight as Denver must get even before heading back to Denver for Game 3.

For Major League Baseball, a handful of day games are in store as per usual, and one of the better match-ups pits the Detroit Tigers against the Texas Rangers. With Edwin Jackson facing Kevin Milwood, no doubt this should be a low scoring game today, with a slight advantage for the veteran Milwood on the hill today. Jon Lester hits the hill as well today as the Boston Red Sox host the Toronto Blue Jays in a divisional showdown, as does Joba Chamberlain for the Yankees, up against the Orioles once again today. Erik Bedard goes for the Mariners today against the Angels, which could even make for a decent underdog pick at one of the top sportsbooks reviewed here on our site.

Last but not least, NHL Hockey gets back in business as the Pittsburgh Penguins get back in action at home against the Carolina Hurricanes. If you haven’t checked out playoff hockey either this year or before, check out a great example of two of the fastest teams around fighting it out for a shot at a Stanley Cup title. Find all these games and more sports action at the best online sports betting sites featured here at There is always plenty of bets to be had, with great up-to-date sports betting advice on all these sites, so make sure you’ve done your homework before betting online.
