Closing the week with sports betting options at Superbook …

It’s the best time of the work week when the weekend is finally upon us, and sports fans at last get to be excited about all the available games and sports betting to take on in the days ahead as the major sports leagues continue on into another thrilling couple of days of play. With plenty on tap for sports betting today and into the weekend ahead, to get started right away today with sports bets on Friday, it’s a trip to one of the top sportsbooks reviewed here at (read the review of Superbook), for some exciting wagering at one of the most tried and tested sportsbooks reviewed right here on our website. With action from the NBA to NCAA Hoops, NHL Hockey and even a little NCAA Football on hand, Friday has a number of key bets worth looking into, before the options really open up with tomorrow’s full plate of Week 12 NCAA Football, as well as great Soccer action in Europe. We’ll start out the betting options for the pro leagues today, as the NBA hosts a nice lot of 11 games to start with, and with 9 more games lined up in the NHL, this should make for at least a couple of choice bets worthy of dropping a dime or two on before Friday night’s debauchery commences.

Checking out the NBA today after a tough parlay loss last night (Denver just got nicked 83-86 by Portland, dropping them to 2-5 on the road, and me to zero for the three-team set-up), we’re rebounding with a number of individual wagers on the top match-ups in play at Superbook sportsbook, starting with the contests featuring the best teams in the league right now. As such, New Orleans gets the first look for betting on sports tonight, at home hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers. New Orleans remains undefeated at home so far, and with great team basketball and solid defense in front of the home crowd, I like the Hornets to win once again this evening. Speaking of undefeated records, the San Antonio Spurs take their 4-0 road record to Utah, looking for their 10th win on the year with only one loss thus far. Quietly dismantling opponents with a balanced attack, the Spurs look to be on pace once again for a trip to the deep rounds of the playoffs, and Tim Duncan looks to become the all-time points leader for the Spurs tonight, and will become the career leader in games for San Antonio, passing David Robinson in both categories. While Utah has been the rally team of late, San Antonio just has too much depth right now, and playing so well on the road, I like the Spurs with the points spread even, to win tonight on the road. Look elsewhere towards the streaking Chicago Bulls trying to keep to their winning ways at Dallas tonight, I’ll take the Golden State Warriors to keep their undefeated run at home alive against the New York Knicks, and the Miami Heat to stay on their improvement track with a win tonight at home against visiting Charlotte.

Looking to the NCAA for Basketball picks, #1 Duke is in action tonight, and you can check out this high-scoring offensive attack as they likely obliterate hapless Colgate tonight. The exciting young #22 Texas Longhorns meet up in a key match-up with #4 Pittsburgh at Madison Square Garden, and I’ll root for the upset with Texas coming in with confidence after a nice win over #16 Illinois yesterday. In another fun game to watch, #16 Illinois faces Maryland, and should get back after their tough loss to the aforementioned Texas squad. Moving on to the NCAA Football game of the night, look for #4 Boise State to put the hurt on Fresno State in WAC play as Kellen Moore looks to guide his team one step closer to a possible BCS bowl bid. There are some great NCAA basketball and Football match-ups scheduled for tomorrow as well, which are more than worthy of a bet, especially if you enjoy a good college rivalry in NCAA Football’s next-to-last week of play before bowl season. With all this action, there is an assurance that no matter where you live or who your root for, at least one NCAA game will definitely pique any sports fans’ curiosity for Saturday, and hopefully lead to a winning wager. With that in mind, we’ll see you tomorrow at for more top sportsbook betting and updates on the best games worth watching and wagering on. Enjoy your evening and good luck placing those wagers!
