A break in the action leads to NHL Hockey betting

It’s been a while it seems since there has been a lapse in the action between NFL football, NCAA football, and MLB baseball, but Wednesday has certainly turned out to have just that. With no baseball playoffs, I’m at a bit of a loss for what to do with myself this evening! The one thing I do know, is that all of our best online sportsbooks and casinos offer any kind of action you can imagine to keep yourself entertained, and I for one am using this lull in the action to try and beef up my sports betting skills for NHL Hockey. Yes, that’s right, in case you hadn’t noticed the NHL season has begun and is fully underway with a small handful of four games to pick and choose from tonight. It will certainly amount to a couple of parlay wagers for myself, and a journey to a few of our best online casinos, as I’m a sucker for playing Texas Hold ‘Em on a slow night of sports betting in our top sportsbooks.

Heading down to our featured online sportsbook at Intertops.com tonight (<a href=”http://www.casinoreview.org/sports_betting/intertops.html”>read the review of Intertops</a>), I’ve once again ventured into one of the most insane displays of online sports betting on the internet. This site has got it all for you, whether you like sports bets, social bets, or any other number of ridiculous things to bet on. For me tonight, I’m only here for the sports bets, and NHL hockey has my number. Anaheim plays host to Nashville this evening, and although they have gotten off to a bit of a rocky start, I’m taking the Ducks in this one, as the Predators are still not out of any starting funk they have put themselves in. I must say it’s tough calling early season NHL games, but I’ve been a bit over .500 thus far this year, and throwing around 5 to 10 dollar bets here and there certainly won’t break my bank (knock, knock). I’ll take Dallas over Columbus, and St. Louis (with the great tandem now of Keith Tkachuk and Paul Kariya) to win over Chicago, and call it good for the evening.

Baseball is back in action tomorrow night, as the Cleveland Indians look to finish off the Boston Red Sox in 5 games. Unfortunately for them, they will really have to earn it, as fireballer Josh Beckett will get the call for game 5. You can bet that I won’t be wagering against Mr. Beckett, and that may also mean this series gets a hell of a lot more interesting if it heads back to Boston. Keep an eye out for more great sports betting opportunities at our featured top sportsbooks, and as always, good luck in your sports betting endeavours.
